Please note that you can choose for us to collect payment on the 1st-28th day of the month, and if the instruction is received after your selected payment date, your new instruction will not take effect until the following months collection date.
To Cancel:
Please note that if the next collection is due within the next 8 working days then your cancellation may not take effect until the following collection date, so you may wish to cancel this with your bank directly.
To set up new Instruction:
Please note that you can choose for us to collect payment on the 1st-28th day of the month, and if the new Direct Debit instruction is received after your selected payment date, the first collection will take effect on the following months collection date.
