How do I change my password?

To update your password:

• If you are logged in:
  1. Select 'My Account' in the top left-hand side of the page
  2. Under 'Manage Account Security' select ‘Update password’
  3. Confirm your password
  4. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ fields, then select ‘Save’

• If you are not logged in and cannot remember your password:
  1. Select ‘Need help signing in?’ and then 'Forgot password’
  2. Enter your registered email address and select ‘Reset via email’
  3. An email will be sent to your email address
  4. Click the link
  5. Answer your security question
  6. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ fields, then select ‘Reset password’
