What if I am unable to receive my one-time access code via text?

  • Via my mobile phone:
    To receive the text (SMS), you need to ensure your mobile signal is present.
  •  Via my landline phone:
    Ensure that your landline service is enabled to receive text messages.
  • Alternatively, you can use the “receive access code via email” option on the login screen to receive the access code to your email address. However, we recommend only using this option in exceptional circumstances.
