How do I register for the online portal?

To register you will need to complete the following:

  1. Accept the Terms and Conditions
      Unless you accept the Terms and Conditions you will not be able to register or sign in
  2. Enter your personal details.
    These will be used to match to your existing account
    • First Name
    • Surname
    • Date of Birth
    • Post code
    • Account number
  3. Enter your email address
      This will be your username and used to send you communications and notifications
  4. Enter your mobile number
    • This will be used to send your two-factor authentication code each time you sign in to the portal
  5. Activate your online account
    • Select the 'Send Code' button - this will send an access code to your email address which is valid for 1 hour
    • Enter the code
  6. Complete the three security questions
     These three questions and answers will be required as an additional security feature for example if you wish to change your password.
  7. Choose a password
    Your password must be at least 12 characters long and contain the following:
    • Contain at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case character
    • Contain at least 1 numeric character
    • Contain at least 1 special character
  8. Complete
    Select 'Complete Registration'. Once registered, you'll be able to sign in straight away with your chosen username and password
