To register you will need to complete the following:
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
Unless you accept the Terms and Conditions you will not be able to register or sign in - Enter your personal details.
These will be used to match to your existing account- First Name
- Surname
- Date of Birth
- Post code
- Account number
- Enter your email address
This will be your username and used to send you communications and notifications - Enter your mobile number
- This will be used to send your two-factor authentication code each time you sign in to the portal
- Activate your online account
- Select the 'Send Code' button - this will send an access code to your email address which is valid for 1 hour
- Enter the code
- Complete the three security questions
These three questions and answers will be required as an additional security feature for example if you wish to change your password. - Choose a password
Your password must be at least 12 characters long and contain the following:- Contain at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case character
- Contain at least 1 numeric character
- Contain at least 1 special character
- Complete
Select 'Complete Registration'. Once registered, you'll be able to sign in straight away with your chosen username and password
